Checking the integrity of the parcel

Visually inspect the packaging at your post office to make sure there are no dents, damaged packaging, etc. If the shipping package is damaged, we recommend that you immediately resolve this issue at your post office, they will take responsibility for the integrity of the parcel, or immediately return the goods to the sender to replace the pair.

Opening the shipping bag

Due to the rather large logistics, some goods can move not just between countries, but also between continents. Different border agencies may inspect this product in different ways, which can lead to unpleasant situations. We strongly recommend filming the process of opening the shipping package on camera in order to avoid controversial situations.

How does the refund work?


You must email us at with your claim. This may be the wrong size, a marriage of the goods that came to you, or an error in the warehouse and the goods are not of the color you ordered. All goods are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.


If you find a defect in the product, we will ask you to provide a video of unpacking and checking the product. Unfortunately, we have recorded attempts to deceive, by deliberately damaging the goods and demanding a refund without returning the defective goods to us. Therefore, if you cannot provide us with a video of unpacking and checking the goods, we will be forced to refuse you a refund.


If the item is indeed defective, you will need to send it back to us in order to return it to the manufacturer. From our side, we can offer you several options for the development of events. The first option: you sent back the product, we received it and returned the money to you. Second option: you sent back the item, we received it and sent you another new item.


Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made. The term for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller. You will be notified by mail about the beginning of the return.
