Terms of Products Sale
By going through the Verification procedure and placing Orders, the Client agrees to the Terms of Sale of Goods for individuals.
The Terms govern the relationship between the Client (you) and Bar Sneakers (acting on behalf of the individual entrepreneur Igor Valerievich Lebedev) arising in connection with placing and fulfilling the Orders on bar-sneakers.com. Please read the Terms carefully before placing your Order. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of the Terms, you can refuse to place an Order.
The Terms contain items with active hyperlinks to the pages of the Site, which are an integral part of the Terms.
The terms come into force from the moment they are published on the Site and are valid indefinitely.
Bar Sneakers may change the Terms at any time unilaterally in its sole discretion without special notice. Changes come into force from the moment the updated version is posted on the Site.
1. How to place an order
1.1. Conclusion of a contract
1.1.1. These Terms, as well as the information about the Goods presented on the Site, are a public offer.
1.1.2. The Client agrees to the terms of sale of the selected Products by clicking the “Buy” button at the last stage of placing an Order on the Site. The performance of these actions is a fact confirming the conclusion of an agreement between the Client and Bar Sneakers.
1.1.3. The rules of promotions, contests, and other incentive events may establish a different procedure of placing an Order and returning the Goods. The fact of participation in such an event means the Client’s consent to this procedure.
1.2.1. The Client independently places an Order on the Site. More details here.
1.2.2. The client choose any of the trade offers on the Product page.
1.2.3. Information materials about the Goods are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Goods, including colors, sizes and shapes. In case of any questions about the properties and characteristics of the Goods, before placing the Order, the Client should contact the technical support of the site by Email or the feedback form.
1.2.4. The client indicates the following information:
(a) Full name and the phone number of the Client or the Recipient of the Order;
(b) the delivery address of the Order.
1.2.5. The expected delivery date of the Order is the period after which the Client may receive the Order. The delivery date depends on the availability of the Goods in stock, the time required to process the Order and the delivery time of the selected Delivery Service. 1.2.6. Information about the current status of the Order is located at the Personal Account.
1.3. Cancellation of an order
1.3.1. The order may be canceled by Bar Sneakers if the relevant product is out of stock, and the funds may be returned to the buyer.
1.3.2. Bar Sneakers has the right to cancel the Order by notifying the Client if the execution of the Order by Bar Sneakers or the Delivery Service has become impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Client, Bar Sneakers, or the Delivery Service, in the following cases:
- Closure of the delivery region, changes in customs rules and procedures, loss of the Order upon delivery, if defect is detected during the assembly of the Order, re-sorting of the Goods and the absence of the equivalent product of an adequate quality for transfering to the Client, the absence of the Goods in the Bar Sneakers warehouse for any reason, revealing inaccurate information about the Goods, the presence of other circumstances that prevent the transfer of the Goods in an agreed manner.
- The Client has the right to agree on new conditions for the delivery of the Goods by placing a new Order, if at the time of placing the Order the Goods are on sale. The client may agree on a new delivery date with us if the selected product is out of stock, but if at the new selected delivery date the product is still out of stock, the order will be canceled. If at the time of placing the Order the price of the Goods increased, and the previous Order was canceled not due to a defect, there is no compensation for the price difference on the day of placing the new Order.
1.3.3. If the Client has placed an Order in an amount exceeding 10 units of one Product, and Bar Sneakers does not have the required quantity in stock, Bar Sneakers sends a message to the Client about this fact. The Client has the right to accept the Order in the available quantity from Bar Sneakers, or to remove these Goods from the Order. If the Client does not respond within 14 days, Bar Sneakers reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
1.3.4. Bar Sneakers has the right to cancel Customer’s Orders containing Products that the Customer has previously refused 5 or more times, stating reasons not related to the presence of defects in these Products.
1.3.5. The refund conditions in case of full or partial cancellation of the Order prior to its receipt or at the moment of transfering to the Client are described here.
2.1. Product price and payment terms
2.1.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Website and can be unilaterally changed by Bar Sneakers. The goods in the Order are paid at the price specified at the moment of clicking the “Buy” button when placing the Order. The price for the Goods ordered by the Client cannot be changed.
2.1.2. The methods of payment for the Goods may be found here. The agreed method of payment is the method chosen by the Client from among those available when placing the Order.
2.1.3. In case of successful payment for the Order using the online card payment method, Bar Sneakers will send the cashier’s receipt in electronic form (or a link to the cashier’s receipt with the ability to download it in PDF format) to the email address specified by the Client. In addition, cashier’s receipts are stored in the “Electronic Checks” section. A cashier’s receipt in printed form is not provided.
2.1.4. The cost of the Order does not include customs duties. The terms of payment and the amount of customs duties are determined by the customs legislation of the country where the order is delivered. More information on customs regulations is available here.
2.2. Payment with bank cards
2.2.1. Bank card transactions are performed by the cardholder or by a person authorized on the basis of a power of attorney drawn up in accordance with the law.
2.2.2. Bank card transactions are authorized by the bank. If the bank has reason to believe that the operation is fraudulent, then the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this operation. Fraudulent transactions with bank cards fall under legal responsibility and are punished in accordance with criminal law. Bar Sneakers reserves the right to cancel an Order without giving any reason. The cost of the Order is returned to the owner’s bank card.
2.2.3. Acceptance and processing of payments using bank cards is carried out by the electronic payment provider bePaid. Bar Sneakers does not carry out processing, including collection and storage of customer bank card data.
2.3. Payment with a saved card upon receipt

3.1. Delivery is carried out by using postal items. The recipient’s delivery address is determined at the time of ordering.
3.2. Due to the use of the mail delivery method, the price for each country is individual and is calculated upon the order.
3.3. The time allotted for the receipt of the Order by the Client is individual, depending on the place of delivery and the distance from the nearest warehouse to the Client.

3.5. Transfer of the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods.
3.5.1. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the recipient from the moment the Order is handed over to him. If the Goods are lost by the postal company before the specified time, the Customer will be refunded the cost of the prepaid Goods and their delivery after receiving confirmation of the loss of the Goods from Bar Sneakers or the Delivery Service.
3.6. When carrying out marketing activities involving the attachment of any objects to the Order, the delivery of these attachments is carried out together with the Goods. To refuse an investment, the Client must contact the Support Service.
4. Return of goods
4.1. General conditions of return
4.1.1. The client may return the goods of good quality to Bar Sneakers after receipt, the terms and conditions for the return of the goods and the refund are described here.
4.2. Return or exchange of good quality goods
4.2.1. The return or exchange of the Goods of good quality is carried out if the specified Goods have not been in use, their saleable condition, consumer properties, seals are saved, and in case of purchase confirmation on the Site. If traces of the use of the Goods are found (including the absence of marking or traces of re-sticking labels, breaking the seal, etc.), Bar Sneakers reserve the right of refusing to return funds on this basis.

4.3. Return of goods of inadequate quality
4.3.1. If the Client returns the Product of inadequate quality, Bar Sneakers refunds the cost of the returned Product, as well as the cost of delivery from the Client within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Product of inadequate quality by Bar Sneakers, in case that the discovered defect is not affected by the Client, but is a sort of manufactoring defect. If the Customer’s Order contains goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery is not reimbursed.

4.4. Fulfillment of the Client’s Requirements
4.4.1. The exchange of the Goods of good quality or replacement of the Goods of inadequate quality is carried out by returning the Goods to Bar Sneakers. If, at the time of the Client’s request, a similar Product is not available for sale from Bar Sneakers, the Client has the right to refuse to execute the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the specified Product. The seller refunds the money for the returned Product within 30 days.
4.5. A refund
4.5.1. Refunds for returned or not actually transferred Products are made by Bar Sneakers to the card with which the purchase was made within 30 days.
5. Other conditions
5.1. Intellectual property
5.1.1. All textual information and graphics on the Site are the property of Bar Sneakers.
5.2. Warranties and liability
5.2.1. Bar Sneakers are not liable for damage caused to the Client as a result of improper use of the Products ordered on the Site.
5.2.2. Bar Sneakers is not responsible for the content and operation of the External Sites.
5.2.3. Bar Sneakers has the right to assign or in any other way transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with the Client to third parties.
5.2.4. Bar Sneakers is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.

5.4. Communication and other conditions
5.4.1. Bar Sneakers will send the Client notices and messages to the email address provided during registration and ordering.
